Jessica Flores
Jessica Flores began her career as an Office Manager at S & E Tile and Stone LLC, where she built a foundation in construction management. She later transitioned to a role with a General Contractor, gaining hands-on experience in project oversight and coordination. Driven by a passion for technology, Jessica pivoted to the IT industry, where she now leverages her dual expertise in construction and information technology to develop innovative solutions that streamline project management processes. Her unique skill set has made her a valuable contributor to advancements in construction tech.

Sebastian Orozco
Sebastian Orozco began his career by founding S&E Tile and Stone LLC, a flooring installation company, while also serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he filled the role of Assistant Admin Chief for his company. Balancing business ownership with his military duties, Sebastian developed a strong foundation in leadership, logistics, and operational efficiency. He later transitioned into construction management as a Superintendent with a General Contractor, eventually advancing to Project Manager and deepening his expertise in project administration and site oversight. His combined experience as a business owner and NCO provides him with unique insights into construction, logistics, and strategic business development, which underpin his impactful career in construction management and consulting.
